One way to Kill Rebecca Chambers

1. Don't meet Rebecca in the Storage Room. Avoid here and go about the rest of the Mansion.

2. Go have your first encounter with Richard and you'll see Rebecca treating him. Go back to the Storage Room and get the Serum.

3. Get the Serum and put it directly into the Item Box. Don't go back to give Rebecca the Serum.

4. Complete all puzzles in the Mansion and leave the Yawn battle for last. Now head back to the hall where Richard is and he should be dead (and Rebecca gone).

5. Do not read the Plant 42 Book (found on the bed in Room 002). Do not enter the room with Plant 42's roots.

6. Go have your battle with Plant 42. It will take more ammo this time around since you did not use the V-Jolt to kill the plant's roots.

7. After you re-enter the Mansion you must kill the first Hunter that follows you.

8. After you kill this Hunter you will hear Rebecca scream.

9. Go to the Study and you'll see another Hunter walking towards Rebecca to attack. Simply leave the room and re-enter. Bye bye Rebecca.

Another way to Kill Rebecca Chambers

1. After meeting Rebecca in the Storage Room tell her to stay put.

2. Do the same when you are at the Residence (Guard House) and make your way back to the Mansion.

3. After killing the first Hunter Chris will say.. "what are they?! Monsters! Rebecca! She's still in the house!"

4. Go to the West Staircase Hallway (1st floor).

5. You should now see Rebecca being attacked (gets clawed by a Hunter).

6. Leave and come back; kill the Hunter. Go back to the corner where you shall she Rebecca.. well what's left of her.
